Music City Buffalo will only accept refunds if ALL of the following conditions (highlighted in yellow) are met:
| The return is requested within 7 days of receipt. The customer can request a return by contacting Music City Buffalo through Reverb.com. Items must be in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described. There is no damage done to the product. The product has to be in its original condition when requesting a refund. If the product is delivered damaged, we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt. All packaging material must be saved. We will not accept returns on damaged products if we are notified after 24 hours of receipt. |
