Products
All products sold from our website are meticulously inspected and shipped from our store located at 3236 Main St. Buffalo, NY. Photographs of
vintage/used instruments on our website are taken at our store. Photographs of new instruments (not all new instruments) are stock
photographs provided by the manufacturer/supplier.
Damaged Products
If the product is delivered damaged, we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We will only authorize the return if we are clearly
responsible for the damage. If return is authorized, all packaging material and components of the damaged product must be returned along with
the product. We will not accept returns on damage products if we are notified after 24 hours of receipt.
Pricing
All new products on our website are priced at competitive prices in accordance with the pricing regulations of the manufacturer or supplier. These
prices are subject to change and Music City is not responsible for any price changes on new products listed on this site. All vintage, used, and
discontinued products are priced by Music City Buffalo in accordance with standard industry practice.
Email List
By joining our email list, you agree to receive regular updates on new products, special events, and sales. We respect the privacy of our
customers and will do our best to protect any private information shared on this website, unless compelled by law. If you decide to stop
receiving emails from Music City Buffalo, simply email us at proinfo@musiccitybuffalo.com and request to be removed from the list.

Warranties on new products are provided by the manufacturer of the product and are the responsibility of the manufacturer.
