Products
All products sold from our website are meticulously inspected and shipped from our
store located in 3236 Main St. Buffalo, NY. Photographs of vintage/used instruments
on our website are taken at our store. Photographs of new instruments (not all new
instruments) are stock photographs provided by the manufacturer/supplier.
Pricing
All new products on our website are priced at competitive prices in accordance with the
pricing regulations of the manufacturer or supplier. These prices are subject to change
and Music City is not responsible for any price changes on new products listed on this
site. All vintage, used, and discontinued products are priced by Music City Buffalo in
accordance with standard industry practice.
Payments
All payments made online are securely processed through Paypal. This is to ensure an
easy, fast, and secure method of payment for the customer and Music City Buffalo. By
purchasing a product from Music City Buffalo, the customer agrees to all the terms and
conditions. Music City Gift Certificates cannot be used on online purchases.
Taxes
Only New York State residents are required to pay 8.75% sales tax on item totals.
Shipping
We only accept orders within the continental US. We offer free standard ground
shipping on select products. Shipping charges will apply to certain products, customers
requesting express delivery, refused shipments, and returns. All of our products are
carefully packaged and shipped from our store to prevent damage.
Return Policy
Music City Buffalo will only accept refunds if ALL of the following conditions (highlighted
in yellow) are met:
Damaged Products
If the product is delivered damaged, we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We
will only authorize the return if we are clearly responsible for the damage. If return is
authorized, all packaging material and components of the damaged product must be
returned along with the product. We will not accept returns on damage products if we
are notified after 24 hours of receipt. If we are clearly responsibly for the damaged
product, shipping charges on return and 20 % restocking fee will not apply.
Email List
By joining our email list, you agree to receive regular updates on new products, special
events, and sales. We respect the privacy of our customers and will do our best to
protect any private information shared on this website, unless compelled by law. If you
decide to stop receiving emails from Music City Buffalo, simply email us at
proinfo@musiccitybuffalo.com and request to be removed from the list.
Warranties
Warranties on new products are provided by the manufacturer of the product and are
the responsibility of the manufacturer.
